GE Profile : PDWT580RSS 24 Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless Steel

GE Profile : PDWT580RSS 24 Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless Steel
LOVE this dishwasher!
I honestly have no idea what these bad reviews are all about. Since most say they came with the house, I think they've reviewed the wrong product because NO builder installs a dishwasher this expensive as part of the "package." They get a cheapie and I'm sure that's what they're talking about since this is the first d/w that comes up in a search on Amazon for GE Profile. GE does make a "builder grade" GE Profile dishwasher, had one myself and it is atrocious. But,THIS ISN'T THAT DISHWASHER! Check out this item number and again, NO builder, unless you're building a million dollar home, will put this one in as "standard."

That aside, this is hands down, the best dishwasher I've ever owned! It washes everything right the first time, you can NEVER hear the thing running, and it's one of the best rated dishwashers by Consumer Reports. I did a ton of research before buying and this one, couple with the positive reviews on other websites where people actually take the time to...

quick delivery for self installation
We ordered this on Saturday of President's Day weekend and got a phone call that Monday night to schedule a delivery Tuesday or Wednesday. The vendor service was excellent.

I don't know if I'd recommend self installation unless you are mechanically inclined. The unit just fit under the counter and was otherwise a VERY tight squeeze compared to the GE it replaced. That extra capacity has to come from somewhere. Fortunately, there was a tile floor under the unit at the same hight as our hardwood, because I've heard that sometimes floor installers manage to box in the dishwasher during a kitchen remodel and you have to pop the countertop!

The GE Profile is very quiet. Had friends over and they didn't realize it was running in the kitchen until we heard the rinse cycle draining. We're very happy with the results.

Think Twice Doesn't clean well
My spouse and I purchased this in spite of a couple reservations due to previous reviews. We had other GE profile appliances and were happy with those. When the appliance was received, it was damaged. We didn't want to install since it was damaged and unsure what the fix would be. When I called GE I was told it would have to be installed before they would send someone out so called the third party AJ Madison instead. They set up for a GE repairman to come out. He said it was factory damaged and would need to be replaced. (And I didn't have to install to get this answer). The new dishwasher came quickly and was installed.
However, now that it is installed I am NOT HAPPY with the unit. The racks are such that the dishes move around when sliding bottom rack in and out and have to continuously rearrange the dishes. When using the manual detergent dispenser the cleaning was more or less OK but decided to test the dispenser for holding a full bottle of detergent. I rinsed the...

Easily and safely load and unload your dishware from this dishwasher, thanks to the ball-tipped, fold-down tines in the upper and lower racks, the Easy-Glide roller system and 2 upper utility shelves with StemSafe.

GE PDWT580VSS Profile 24" Stainless Steel Fully Integrated Dishwasher - Energy Star

GE PDWT580VSS Profile 24" Stainless Steel Fully Integrated Dishwasher - Energy Star

GE PDWT580VSS Profile 24
Quiet and Powerful. Great for Large Dishes
My wife and I looked at Consumer Reports; searched the Internet. Finally we went with dishes in hand to stores. This dishwasher is so quiet. But for my wife unlike many top rated dishwashers this holds our big dishes. Very important.

Cleans them fine. We have hard water. We use vinegar inside; as we did with our old dishwasher.

Made in USA important to us.

After 3 months still happy; some changes to improve quality of cleaning.
After reading the manual I adjusted the control that detects "hardness" of water after utilizing a strip GE provided with the dishwasher. I found using a rinse agent in the dishwasher rinse agent vessel is the way to go (Using the Cascade they gave us) and adding extra heat. He cycle time is longer but now sparking glasses.

Like Finish all in one power balls for detergent.

NO SEALING
I owned 3 GE Profile dishwashers with smart dispenser in 7 years. Two of them were replaced due to manufacturing defect. The most recent one has been intermittently down in the last 3-1/2 years. I finally was told by a GE technician that a corrosion on a part caused the problem because the electronic panel is not sealed to prevent moist and water getting in. GE refused to admit that it is a design flaw or manufacturing defect. A GE customer service associate once told me that NE coasts in America are full of salty air which cause the corrosion and of course it is ridiculous. The problem is corrosion takes time to develop and you have to catch it in the first year, or you need to buy a new one again, and or you buy an extended warranty.

Presto 07037 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle, Black

Presto 07037 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle, Black

Presto 07037 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle, Black
Easy to Use, Easy to Clean & Cooks Great!
I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Presto 07034 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle. For a long time, I have used basic stovetop frying pans to cook such things as scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns and a variety of other grilled foods. Unfortunately, the typical frying pan usually isn't large enough to cook larger amounts, so you end up spending more time cooking smaller portions. Not so with the Presto 07034 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle. With its 10-1/2 by 20-1/2-inch cooking surface, it has twice as much cooking area than a typical stove-top circular frying pan and lack of sides makes turning cooking items much easier. Its non-stick surface ensures that food doesn't get stuck while cooking and makes cleaning the grill a snap! Also, it cooks foods more evenly than my stovetop frying pans ever did!

Overall, I rate the Presto 07034 Jumbo Cool Touch Electric Griddle with a resounding 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend it...

Perfect Griddle
I bought this griddle because I have a very small stove. I never seen to have enough burners. I only have room for one large fry pan and when you are making eggs and pancakes you have to wait for one to finish before you can cook the other. Breakfast can sometimes take until lunch to make. It's nice too that we can make four grilled cheese sandwiches at once that way the kids eat at the same time. I also like the fact that it has a fat collector that is easy to remove and clean. Since we bought this I have cooked something on it every day. I leave it right on my counter because I use it so much. I would recommend this to everyone.

What's Not To Like?
You would think it would be easy to make a decision about such a mundane item, but when you're faced with dozens of choices and not much time to compare prices, you need to know what's the best deal for your money.

I purchased this griddle in May of 2006 and have been VERY satisfied with it. Like other reviewers pointed out, it has a huge cooking surface, the temperature control unit works accurately and it's economical and convenient to use. There is a handy drip pan to catch bacon grease, pancake batter and the like. Oh yes, and it's easy to clean -- a big bonus in my book. This is probably the sixth griddle I've owned over the years, but so far, it's the best and is a real bargain for the price. A can't miss item.

Cool-touch on three sides. Heavy cast aluminum resists warping, distributes heat evenly. Jumbo size cooking surface with backstop edge. Grease trough channels grease into removable tray. Submersible with Control Masterheat control removed. 120 AC 1500 wattsCooking breakfast for a crowd? This huge 10-1/2-by-20-1/2-inch griddle can handle French toast, hash brown potatoes, and sausages all at once, without requiring you to dirty several pans. The griddle isn’t limited to breakfast either--it grills up plenty of hot dogs, hamburgers, or grilled cheeses for a kid’s birthday party or serves as a warmer for adult buffet-style entertaining. The heat control ranges from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (in 50-degree increments) and automatically maintains the proper heat setting so foods cook at the same rate as they would on the stove but in a more energy-efficient manner than a range or oven. The griddle’s surface is made of heavy cast-iron aluminum, which heats evenly and is resistant to warping. The nonstick surface ensures that food lifts off the griddle effortlessly and that cleanup is easy. A built-in ledge around the entire griddle surface provides a backstop for flipping pancakes or eggs, and a drip tray beneath the griddle catches grease from bacon or other meats and slides out easily for emptying. The griddle rests within a base that remains cool to the touch on all sides during cooking. With the heat control removed, the griddle is fully immersible in water and dishwasher-safe. Presto covers this electric griddle under a two-year limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Frigidaire 24 Inch Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless Steel
GE SERVICE Horrible - I would never buy a GE Product again
I have a defective GE Dishwasher that is under warrantee just bought it- leaks water out of side panels. Dishwasher is sitting in my garage. GE Service will NOT send a technician until the Dishwasher is hooked up - so water goes all over my kitchen? GE service agrees the washer is under warrantee but will not replace it until one of their technicians inspects the dishwasher hooked up? I explained my situation on 3 occations (one day) to service department suggesting that I really don't want water all over my kitchen just to satisfy one of their technicians that it leaks? You can see the idiocy of the issue as I ask for "supervisors" or someone rational to speak with I then get sent to "customer advocacy" which is part of customer service. Well after another hour they truely don't advocate for any customer convenience. Service is horrible reminds me of Sears.

The Frigidaire 24 Inch Built-In Dishwasher has an Alternating arm wash system, detergent dispenser, rinse aid dispenser, electromechanical controls with 6 EZ clean pads & timer, 2 indicator / status lights (washing & clean), center pull latch, single formed door, cycles in dial pots & pans, normal & light wash, rinse & hold, delay start (1-6 hours), Hi temp wash, heat dry on/off, 5 level wash system, stainless steel food dispenser, silverware basket, ultra-quiet II, mono kick plate Color: Stainless Steel

Sedona Digitally Controlled Food Dehydrator (SD-9000)

Sedona Digitally Controlled Food Dehydrator (SD-9000)

Sedona Digitally Controlled Food Dehydrator (SD-9000)
Great Dehydrator- Crazy Expensive!
We researched all the raw-food approved dehydrators out there for months, and just before ordering a nine-tray Excalibur saw this newly-released marvel. The design is great; dehydrates well. Love the glass door, the dual fan option, the night-time setting (quieter), and the easy-to-clean interior. Digital display is great too. The biggest drawback is how crazy expensive this thing is (hence the 4 stars). After buying the unit, plus the silicon nonstick sheets (from another vendor, which we just trimmed with scissors), we could have put a down payment on a yacht. I also wish Tribest would offer a ten-year warranty, considering the investment, and especially since it has computerized components (which are never as reliable as the old-fashioned stuff). We bought the Sedona as an investment into our health, and I do think it will pay for itself in a decade or so. (We aren't even close to 100 percent raw, though. We mostly dehydrate snacks: crackers, fruit leathers, kale chips, and the...

Hero To Zero! Asleep at the Wheel!
We received our new dehydrator in a defective state: bad heater assembly. We needed to ship it back to the manufacturer for repairs. The manufacturer requests that you ship the product back in the original box (keep the box!) We received the same unit back yesterday with all the screws missing from the back of the machine. The technician failed to put one single screw back into the dehydrator and shipped it back to us. After removing the unit from the container the machine was set on the counter for inspection and testing. One could imagine what it would look like without screws. The body was lop-sided and the door wouldn't close properly. Turning the machine around I observed "zero" screws holding the machine together. To make things worse, the front of the machine is scratched. Needless to say the wife is not happy.

Recommendation: If this item is a "must have" make sure you test the heating assembly within days of receiving it. Turn it on and verify both elements...

Awesome Machine !!!!!!!!!
I recently purchased this dehydrator over the Excalibur. Did not like the review on how noisy the Excalibur was. This is an excellent dehydrator it's ready to use right out the box. Easy to use love the control buttons and glass window. Placed order on Amazon and within two days got my dehydrator. I'm not a raw foodie, but trying to switch to healthier snacks. So far I have made zucchini chips, plantain chips, dehydrated sweet peppers, flax crackers, and kale chips. Awesome piece of kitchen gadget. It's a little pricey but well worth the price.

Jack Lalanne's JLSS Power Juicer Deluxe Stainless-Steel Electric Juicer

Jack Lalanne's JLSS Power Juicer Deluxe Stainless-Steel Electric Juicer

Jack Lalanne's JLSS Power Juicer Deluxe Stainless-Steel Electric Juicer
The good, the bad, and the ugly...
First off, let me admit to the fact that I've never owned any kind of juicer before, this one is the first.

We were given the Jack LaLanne Stainless Juicer as a gift from someone who already had one and loved it. I had modestly high hopes for it, not being a big powered-kitchen-gadget fan; but we also have been trying to improve our diets due and lose some weight, so the gift was rather timely to meet that end. I honestly knew nothing about this product until I pulled it out of the box at home. We'd gone to the local big-box store and bought a bunch of stuff to put in the machine and try it out: Kiwis, mangoes, carrots, tomatoes, apples, oranges, pears, ginger root, celery and pineapple.

The Good:

Out of the box I got the impression that this was a sturdy product. All of the parts are fairly simple, that means less stuff to break or clean to me. It assembled in a snap, I didn't even look at the directions (typical guy...I know). Upon firing up...

A Healthy Lifestyle Change
Is it hard to eat your vegetables and have enough fruit servings in a day? It was for me; so I decided to buy another juicer. My last juicer had a very small spout and you had to cut up everything before you put it into the juicer; and it was extremely noisy. I got rid of it because it did not measure up.

I purchased the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer and have been very pleased with it. I read the other reviews and I will try to respond to them as well based upon my own experiences. First, for me the juicer is excellent. I juice fruits and most vegetables. You have to insert soft vegetables followed by hard vegetables for it to work optimally. I have had no problems following the directions which indicate that this works best.

I have made some wonderful drinks with the Power Juicer. Here is one called the Energy Boost Drink which I love:

1 Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
1 Beet Root
Parsley
Lettuce
Watercress
Spinach
3...

Don't buy this--very bad machine
When I heard that Jack's machine would take whole apples, I seemed to have lost all sense and ordered his juicer, which I believed would be an upgrade from my Mr. Juiceman. It's time consuming to cut products to fit the juicer. What Jack fails to mention in his ads--his chute does take apples, but only small ones, the ones you usually don't buy. Thus, I'm still cutting products, same as usual.

I juice all kinds of fruits and veggies and have over many years. If you are new to the experience of juicing, you will quickly learn that better made, more professional models are $400-500. Thus, you must choose these lower cost models, that despite their glitz are largely made of plastic. The only thing going for this Jack LaLanne model is that they used good sense in making the plastic black. Despite every good cleaning, white plastic models take on fruit/veggie stains that over time are very difficult to remove.

This machine constantly chokes, too-often fails to...

Maytag MDC4809PAW JetClean Plus 24" White Portable Full Console Dishwasher - Energy Star

Maytag MDC4809PAW JetClean Plus 24
This dishwasher does the job
This dishwasher has a nice top, which we are using as much needed extra counter space. The dishwasher works very well, and dishes come out very clean. I like that there is a one-hour wash feature, in case you're in a hurry. It also rolls pretty easily for such a heavy piece of equipment, which is critical for our kitchen set up. The only complaint I have is that I think it probably uses more energy than most dishwasher because it gets so hot (though that comes with the upside of dishes being practically dry by the time the cycle is complete).

A Lifesaver
Frankly, I don't know what I would do without our portable dishwasher! We moved into a tiny place with no dishwasher, and when I found out you can get a dishwasher to plug into the sink I had to have it. We have had this dishwasher for 2 years now and it still works perfectly. You just roll it up to the sink, attach the nozzle, and plug it in. It takes about two hours to clean everything, then you roll it back. The wooden countertop is a really nice for giving you extra counter space. The best 600 bucks I ever spent.

So far so good,.....hope it runs better than our Kenmore!
This unit shares a lot in common with our old dishwasher, but so far so good. My wife really likes how quite it is. It also seems to do a great job cleaning dishes, no need to rewash anything. When the holidays come, we'll try some other cleaning cycles, but for now just light wash works great!

Samsung DMT300RFS
Classy look with controls on front not top. Child Lock out and simple controls make it easy to run. May not dry dishes as fast machines but be sure to use a rinse aid. the manufacturer says this will help. My dishes are sparkling clean and well rinsed, even crusted ones. Machine performs as advertised. A big plus is the adjustable top rack which is easy to change accommodating a large pot or pitcher on bottom rack or tall stem ware on top. It is a VERY quiet machine. Many great features for the price. Price varies enormously, but watch out for other websites that offer a much lower price, but shipping/handling or in store delivery charge will make a hugh difference EVEN if you pick it up. Installation is straightforward. IF YOU DO THE INSTALLATION YOURSELF: Follow the installation manual! Samsung does not provide an essential fitting (an elbow) required to attach the washer to water source and they do not provide a hose clamp for the DRAIN HOSE. Both of these parts are readily...

Poor Performer
We purchased our Samsung DMT300RFS after reading good reviews. Our Samsung leaves film and food particles on our dishes. We have tried difference detergents, rinse agents, plate and glass arrangements with no success. Our salesman told us the dishwasher actually washed better when dirty and focused on the power of a built-in garbage disposer. The wash cycle is long, even on the quick cycle. If you want to use the Pots and Pans setting, plan of having the dishwasher run for 3-5 hours. Our dishes never come out dry. If you bump into the machine you will accidentally turn it on. I HATE this dishwasher. We had our Samsung inspected by a factory service technician. He said the dishwasher would perform better if we used a powdered detergent, rinse agent, to run the sink water until hot and then turn on the dishwasher, to clean monthly with vinegar and defiantly, with this model rinse dishes. We did all of the above and still have dirty, filmy dishes. We have always been happy...

Not a fan...
Simple enough to install - and runs moderately quiet, cleans fairly well, but has a long cycle (over 2 hrs)... all this is fine, but beware of the pump/filtering/grinder system in these units. Had plenty of issues with stuff getting in there - and because of the "grinder", causes severe noise when it does. We had a plastic lid get down there and didn't know what it was so we called for warranty service because we thought the unit was damaged. Since it was not an actual "repair" (he just had to extract the lid), it cost me $140 for the visit. Baloney. In my opinion, the plastic lid never should have made it down that far in the first place - so it's a design flaw in my humble opinion. This same draining/filtering issue caused another small thing to get caught in the drain tube, and caused all kinds of ridiculous noise as well. We own tons of Samsung stuff - most of which is top notch - this unit I'd stay away from. We originally got the idea to buy a Samsung because the Sears salesman...

Oklife OKL6063 9-Speed Stainless Steel Juice Extractor
    Excellent Juicer-very Easy to use!
This is a very easy juicer to operate and clean! It is durable and very attractive with a high quality stainless steel that goes with other appliances in my kitchen. When I opened the juicer it comes neatly pre-assembled, very nice. I proceeded to juice my favorite juice recipe-celery and carrots, it was so easy and I do like the variable 9 speed. I was able to control the speed level so effortless from the lower level speed up to the 9 speed level. The pulp was very dry which shows that oklife Juicer was able to extract the maximum juice and the juice taste great! What I like most is that Oklife OKl6063 is so easy to use and clean, with just three quick steps, viola, you are ready to juice! I owned a very popular juicer brand but I only used it a couple of times and stopped because it was so difficult to operate it and clean.

I have used my Oklife Juicer every single day since I bought it because it is hassle free and it does the job!

Easy to use and clean :)
I was very pleased with the Oklife 9 Speed Juice Extractor. It was much easier to operate than I expected and my teenagers love using it too! The juice from the fruits and vegetables quickly flowed out into the collection container with no effort. The pulp was very fine and I used it in a batch of muffins and in pancakes for added fiber and nutrition, so nothing was wasted. The Oklife 9 Speed Juice Extractor was also very easy to clean. I sprayed out the micro-filter and placed it and the hard plastic containers in the dishwasher. Overall I am very pleased with the product!

    Overall, a good value
Pros: Stainless steel. Variable speed. A display if you really want to see what speed you are using. Wide feed tube. Cleans pretty easily (though I cant compare with other brands). Juice pitcher holds a liter and is molded so its easy to hold and pour. Comes with a stiff cleaning brush.

Cons: No instructions to explain slow speed versus fast speed. No recipe book (not a single recipe to try). Kind of loud. Pulp collects on the clear lid above the catcher (I guess that implies its wet enought to stick).

A pretty good machine for the price (I bought it with a $20 off discount on amazon).

This is not a heavy duty Breville, but it works.
If you want recipes, use google or buy a book.
If you use the wrong speed to extract, just dump the contents of the collector back in.
Its going to be messy regardless of juicer brand so dont be afraid of messy pulp.

    There's a oklife youtube video that's helpful.

Yonanas 901 Deluxe Ice Cream Treat Maker, Black/Silver

Yonanas 901 Deluxe Ice Cream Treat Maker, Black/Silver
Wow - loving the "ice cream" without the guilt
Well first - if you don't like bananas then this might not be for you, as it seems all the recipes require at least some frozen bananas in order to give you the creamy texture. I tried to use just frozen strawberries and it came out more like chopped ice then cream - but you might like that. I have tried it with bananas and strawberries, mixed berries, peaches and mango and they are all wonderful!! Very creamy with great fruit taste!! A typical bowl will be 1 medium banana with 4 oz of frozen strawberries - that gives you a full bowl of frozen treat. Kids love it too ... especially the banana mango. You can buy almost any kind of frozen fruit at the store now for 1/2 the cost of ice cream oz for oz. Some folks talk about how you can do the same thing with a fork or a hand mixer, but I tried it and it is so much easier with the Yonanas maker - I burned out a hand mixer trying - wife almost killed me. Clean up is a breeze - the thing comes apart and breaks down to four pieces that are...

I've Made Banana "Ice Cream" for Years, but Yonanas Makes It the Best
I've been eating banana "ice cream" for over 20 years now. Usually I make it in either a normal food processor or in a Vitamix. So every time I saw the Yonanas, I would think...nah, I don't need this. Everybody kept telling me that it gave it a different texture, so I finally decided to try it from one of the online shopping sites--as I could return it if needed. I am so glad I did! The Yonanas really does give it a better texture--more ice cream like. It's hard to describe, but much smoother and more emulsified (even though there's nothing in bananas to be emulsified.) My kids and I have been enjoying it a lot--both plain and with other frozen fruits mixed in. I really really enjoy it. Clean up is pretty easy too (you disassemble the machine by turning the main black bit counter-clockwise (OK, might be clockwise--but it's marked on the machine. :))

Our favorite mix-ins are coconut, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles. (My kids are young.) Another great treat is...

    Great Product!
We have always enjoyed the banana whip at the Bashful Banana on the OC Boardwalk but couldn't bring ourselves to purchase the big machine that they use- just too much money and too big for our kitchen. This is great. It makes a great banana whip and is very easy to clean- a very reasonable price. Fantastic!!
And on top of that I was able to order it through the TALK, Inc link to Amazon.com so they donate to a very worthy school for Autistic children. Thanks Amazon!!

Cuisinart CSK-150 1500-Watt Nonstick Oval Electric Skillet

Cuisinart CSK-150 1500-Watt Nonstick Oval Electric Skillet
    A Real Workhorse
I was a little nervous when I bought this skillet, since at the time there were no product reviews on it, but I was desperate, and since I had had good luck with other Cuisinart products, I took the chance. Am I glad I did! We were just beginning a major kitchen remodel, which meant that for at least two months I would have to improvise cooking facilities for 5 adults and a grandchild. This skillet has been a real workhorse for me, and a genuine lifesaver (and budget-saver) during the remodel. Its cost was no more than 2 dinners for my family at a moderate-cost restaurant, and I saved that much the first week by cooking those dinners at home in this skillet instead. Its large capacity makes it extremely versatile. I've used it to fry chicken, make one-pan dinners, cook bacon and eggs, frozen blintzes, pot roast, stir-fry meals, you name it. It makes a beautiful risotto, and I've even used it to cook corn on the cob and boil potatoes. Everything came out exactly as I'd hoped, or...

    Love it!
I have owned this electric skillet for several months. This is my first electric skillet. I know, shocking, after 25 years of marriage! I love this skillet, and can not believe I did not purchase one sooner. I have done eggs with cheese, fajita's, sausage, etc. Nothing has stuck! The meat browns nicely, the eggs don't stick, everything cooks evenly and as it should.

Best of all, clean up is a breeze! I know the instructions say you can put it in the dishwasher, but I haven't even been tempted. A little dish soap, a little water and a swish with a dishcloth, rinse and dry and the clean up is done!

    I wouldn't trade it.

*Update: I have now had this skillet for about 1 year. It still cooks great and cleans as easy as it did new. non-stick finish has been very durable, and the unite heats up nicely. It is nice and large so you can cook up a large amount of food at one time. This is nice when you are cooking for several people. When it is just me and my...

Extremely Happy & Satisfied w/ This beautiful Appliance!
I have only had my Cuisinart Electric Skillet for approx. two weeks, but have used it almost every day since receiving it! I love it! Very easy to clean, nothing sticks to it. I have fried chicken twice in it, and it did a wonderful job of it. The chicken fried evenly and got very brown and crusty but no burning. I have fried pork chops in it, and it was the same, cooked perfectly. I have found it fries bacon much better and more evenly than trying to do it on my stove and so much easier to clean up because it doesn't spatter as badly as cooking in a more shallow skillet. Plus, my stove top is smooth glass and frying on it is always messy and causes the grease to burn onto it and then has to be cleaned with special glasstop cleanser, so I don't make a mess on my stove when I use the skillet. I cooked hamburgers in it yesterday and they were delicious, browned on the outside but juicy inside. The best I have cooked in a long time. I cannot praise this skillet enough! I have been...

    So Far So Good!
After attempting to research dishwashers to replace our broken one - I was more confused than ever, if that is even possible! Each web site contradicted the previous one. I realized that most happy people do not bother to write reviews, so thought I would write to share our happy review of this one.

I would describe our decision process as a crap shoot. We did not want to spend $900 on a dishwasher, but did not want a piece of junk either. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have one of those elegant designer dishwashers, but not at the cost of my first born. (maybe I should reconsider that - ha ha). Anyway, based on a Consumer Reports rating, we were looking at a few dishwashers, Whirlpool Gold being one of them. This is not the exact model they were rating (not avail at our location), but close enough for us. Over all, we felt this was a safe bet because our last dishwasher was a Whirlpool and it lasted 17 years before it finally bit it and went to dishwasher...

Rusted Stainless Steel, A Whirlpool GOLD Standard
I bought this dishwasher after an extensive internet search and then looked it over at a local retail showroom. It was priced right and came with all the features I wanted. My search on the internet indicated that this model had few negative comments and mostly positive remarks. It was fairly easy to install and it did a good job cleaning my dishes with almost no noise. I was very pleased with this dishwasher for almost four months. However, one day I dropped a fork and bent down to pick it up when I noticed what appeared to be very small specks all over the front. After a closer look, I realized it was very small rust pits and it covered any area that was made of stainless steel. Whirlpool's response was unapologetic and very clear when informing me that rust on stainless steel is a 'cosmetic' issue for which Whirlpool does not cover under their limited warranty. In other words, my problem, not theirs. I then went back to the internet and specifically searched on 'Whirlpool...

    I'm Pleased
I purchased this dishwasher from the local home improvement store, and I couldn't be happier with it so far. I was initially looking at the Whirlpool WDT910SAYM, but the only meaningful difference I could see was that model had a stainless steal interior for an extra $200. Maybe it's worth it, but I don't know. Clean dishes are clean dishes, in my mind.

Installation of this dishwasher is also pretty easy. You have to buy the inflow hoses and connectors, but the home improvement store knows this and they have a kit already prepared with every connector you'd ever need. The Whirlpool dishwashers require a larger brass connector than other brands, but it's in the kit and very easy to hook up. Also, there are several good videos on youtube showing how to install this very model. It took me a couple of hours to take out the old unit and install this one, but I was washing dishes much more quickly...

    LG LDS5540ST

    LG LDS5540ST

    LG LDS5540ST
    Somewhat Satisfied
The LG LDS5540ST is a new dishwasher for LG. After buying the top rated Consumer Reports Dishwasher (the Bosch),
I returned it for the new LG. The Bosch was smaller and had no flexibility with the tines; it was like doing
a jigsaw puzzle every time I loaded it. I was impressed with the LG initially with the all Stainless Steel
inside & outside, simple controls that you can see on the front, and the flexibility of the tines.
I have owned an LG clothes washer and dryer for several years with which we have been very happy. This dishwasher
is so quiet that it is difficult to even hear it working; a big contrast to the 10 year old GE that it replaced.
I discovered, after a service call, that the only cycle where the water is actually heated is the final
rinse; since there is no heating element at the bottom, a fan blows the hot air around after the rinse cycle to dry the dishes.
It works fairly well as long as you use rinse aid; some water...

    Cleans great, very quiet.
Just got this delivered and installed today. It's currently washing it's second load. It did a great job on the first batch of dishes. One thing I noticed is that with the "Hybrid Drying System", the dishes don't come out so hot you can't touch them. They were perfectly dry and just warm to the touch.

I'll say this. So far so good. Allow me to put some context on this review. This dishwasher replaced a Bosch SHY66C05UC. At the time we bought it, it was the most expensive dishwasher that Sears sold. In my experience, dishwashers tend to be an appliance you take for granted. Over the years, I can't recall ever having a dishwasher repaired. The Bosch was great for the first 3 years. Years 4-8 were an entirely different experience. I had at least one major failure per year with it. The electronics on it finally went out right before Christmas this year and rather then spend $350 to replace the failed part, I decided enough was enough. My point? Try to find a review on the above...

Very quiet, very big, and very clean

Fisher Paykel DD24DCTX6v2 Tall Double Dishwasher Drawer - Stainless Steel with Recessed Handle

Fisher Paykel DD24DCTX6v2 Tall Double Dishwasher Drawer - Stainless Steel with Recessed Handle
    Great concept, poor execution
When this unit works, we love it! However, even though our unit is less than 1 year old, we are waiting for our 3rd repair to take place tomorrow. This is the 2nd time for the seal to give way allowing water to cascade across our floor. It was fortunate that we were home both times, otherwise we may of had structural damage. If you have wood or carpeted floors, I would not consider this unit. For the money, I would expect much more from Fisher & Paykel.

Update: Bought this unit in July 2011. In less that 2 years we are waiting for our 5th repair! That is more times than all our other appliances combined over the past 20 years. I would love to trade it for a conventional dishwasher, but can't afford to take the $1200 hit.

    Amazing Machine
I have been putting this dishwasher through heavy use sense Thanksgiving. I have to say that this is hands down the best dishwasher I have ever owned. The cleaning capability of this machine (baked on macaroni and cheese - NOT rinsed) has far exceeded my expectations. I do not hand wash my pots and pans and my largest, multi-quart capacity pot fits in both drawers just fine. I have to use the top drawer for my longer cooking utensils, but even at that, I have laid them down on the side shelves and they get clean all the same. And speaking of the side shelves, I was worried that since the glasses just sit freely on the shelves that they would fall off. Not so. And my glasses come out sparkling and spot/debris free. In fact, my dishes have never been cleaner. The machine is easy to use, versatile and I love the ability to run the drawers separately and at different cycle settings. So I can run a really dirty load on the bottom and a light clean load up top.

    I have...

    Big Repair Bills
This dishwasher was in the new home that I purchased. Immediately it stopped working. The repairman told me that, even once, if someone puts something in that is just a little tiny bit too tall for the bottom drawer, then the seal between the two drawers is not perfect and the water from the top drawer leaks down and goes into the electronic part of the dishwasher burning out the electronic part. Even though the dishwasher was almost brand new, I tossed it out and put in a more normal type of dishwasher because I knew that I or my guest helping me in the kitchen would most certainly do just that, causing the dishwasher to fail again. And causing me another very large repair bill. A very poor design.

Not really programmable, but better than average quality.
This cooker has a digital timer that you can set to cook at your chosen setting (Simmer, Low, High) for any time up to 24 hours. At the end of the set cooking time, it automatically switches to Warm, and then switches itself off after another eight hours. IMO, a truly "Programmable" cooker would change heat settings during cooking, and perhaps have a delayed start function; this unit does neither.

On the other hand, the Simmer setting is what's missing from some other slow cookers, and perhaps that's why foods get burned. This cooker heats to 185

Frigidaire FFBD2406NW 24" White Full Console Dishwasher

    Frigidaire FFBD2406NW 24
    Good machine
I observed the Frigidaire FFBD2406NW with a prevailing online retail list price of about $400 when I was shopping for a dishwasher end of June, 2012. With its features it seemed priced correct there versus comparable models. Which might be to say, it wasn't a complete bare bones econo model, ie, a cheapie landlord's model for rental units. This model was a step or two above that.

I ended up finding it in store for $269 (...this model must be near retirement. It seems to be listed at $269 everywhere now), which IS a bare bones price. So I bought it. I have not been disappointed. It installed easy and runs well. At the price I paid, I got enormous value.

I hope the following comments are useful:

It's a two spinner model. 3 cycle choices with delayed start.

Dishwashers seem consistently rated for noise at about 60db, as is this one. In practice, this is not noisy at all. This Frigidaire runs quiet.

Door has a lightweight feel, as...

    Great Value!
Door does not close tightly and that is about the only complaint that we have about this dishwasher. It isn't as quiet as I expected but it is better than the previous dishwasher. It does get the dishes really clean and the glasses don't come out with spots and streaks. Good value for the money.

Dishes come out clean, but dishwasher isn't especially quiet
The most important aspect of a dishwasher is that it does a good job at getting your dishes clean. I give this one high marks in this regard, as our dishes come out spotless every time. Also, since we have hard water in our area, the same can't be said for the previous Whirlpool dishwasher that we owned. The other reviewer stated that he found this machine to be quiet. I would say that it's fairly quiet, but by no means as quiet as I would like. You can definitely hear it running, and if you're watching TV, you'll have to turn up the volume slightly to compensate for the noise that this makes. It does seem to take an exceptionally long time to do the dishes, about 90 minutes without using the dry cycle. The dishwasher seems to be cheaply built and the door and inner rack are very lightweight. Only time will tell if it's durable. The bottom line is that it gets our dishes clean, but is noisier than we would like.

Cuisinart DFP-14BCN 14-Cup Food Processor, Brushed Stainless Steel

Cuisinart DFP-14BCN 14-Cup Food Processor, Brushed Stainless Steel
    Every Kitchen Needs a Cuisinart
Every kitchen needs a Cuisinart, and after the work bowl of my former much loved 14-cup Cuisinart Food Processor of 20+ years finally gave out, I opted to purchase the new Cuisinart 14-cup brushed chrome model DFP-14BC.

First the aesthetics, this model compliments all my other stainless steel appliances, including my double oven, toaster and microwave, etc. It looks very sleek compared to my former white model. In other words, I'm very pleased with the way it looks.

I use my food processor quite often and shopped around before deciding to choose this particular model. I picked this square-shaped model, similar to my older replaced DLC-7 model, with the two rectangular buttons that `click'. Since my former Cuisinart of like design served me well 20+ years, this design appeared more durable and was less expensive than another Cuisinart rounded model with oval buttons that looked less heavy-duty.

Other than a few modifications to the food pusher assembly, this new DFP-14BC...

The food processor SHOW DOWN: A comparison of 14 cup stainless Cuisinart food processors
Update: Captain Katie says you should know it's hard to find the Limited Edition now. However, every so often Cuisinart introduces it again. In which case you can utilize this review to decide some things to compare on new food processors as they come out, or utilize it to decide if the other ones reviewed would be too your liking...or, sometimes when you check, you'll also find Cuisinart reintroduce the Limited Edition for a spell. At the time of my review it had been out ongoing for a few years but now it's easier to find the other models.

When I buy a new kitchen or household item with lots of competitors I do loads of comparison/contrasting and research first if it's over a hundred bucks...Knowing it was time for a new food processor, I began comparing models. However, I found it a tad difficult to do with all the different blades, codes, etc.

Therefore, once I had completed my own shopping and comparisons, I thought it might be helpful for anyone else in the...

    Powerful and attractive
I read the reviews listed here before I purchased my Cuisinart 14-cup food processor from Amazon. Since I have received my processor, I can say that I have had similar experiences as many others have. Yes, it is aggravating that you have to leave the pusher assembly in place while running, having to remove it to add extra ingredients. Yes, it is very aggravating to wash those shredder discs, especially after shredding mozzerella cheese. It took me almost ten minutes to dig all the little gummed-up pieces of cheese out of the nooks and crannies. But it is powerful. Nothing will bogg this thing down. It works like a breeze. I love the large bowl and the large feed shoot. I made my decision to purchase based on the size and the watts. Mine is also very quite, which suprised me. It looks beautiful and massive sitting on the counter. Yes, you will want to leave it out. It is very heavy. But from now on, I'm going to stick the blades in the dishwasher.

The Cuisinart DFP-14 Custom Food Processor has an extra-large feed tube that holds whole fruits and vegetables. Features a 14-cup work bowl, 4mm stainless steel medium slicing disc, stainless steel shredding disc, chopping/mixing blade and dough blade. Includes a spatula, how-to DVD and recipe book.A perfect gift for new homemakers, the food processor has become an integral part of modern cooking, speeding up a multitude of processes, including kneading dough; slicing; chopping; shredding cheese, vegetables, and meat; mincing garlic and parsley; mixing batters; and emulsifying mayonnaise. Cuisinart's Custom food processor comes with a 14-cup work bowl; five basic attachments for slicing, shredding, chopping, mixing, and kneading; and also features two feed-tube options, one big enough to handle a whole potato. This processor comes with a compact cover for use when the feed tube isn't needed and a pulse control that allows the desired degree of fineness when chopping and puréeing. Remove the detachable stem for compact storage of discs. All the parts are dishwasher-safe and the motor base wipes clean. In addition, a custom-contoured spatula, a recipe booklet, and a 30-minute video designed to familiarize the new owner with the care and use of the food processor are included. --Victoria Jenkins

Samsung 24 In. Stainless Steel Dishwasher - DMT800RHS

Samsung 24 In. Stainless Steel Dishwasher - DMT800RHS

Samsung 24 In. Stainless Steel Dishwasher - DMT800RHS
Nice dishwasher - but the interior does seem cramped
We just got this DMT800RH dishwasher a couple of weeks ago to replace our old KitchenAid model. We have a family of 5 and we tend to use our dishwasher a lot - so this thing has already gotten quite a bit of use.

Although we really like this new unit from Samsung, there are a few issues that we weren't expecting.

Before getting into that, let me start with the things this dishwasher does well:

    1) When it comes to cleaning dishes, this dishwasher excels! We've put in dishes that never would have come clean in any other dishwasher we've owned - and they come out looking spotless. Since the main purpose of a dishwasher is to clean dishes, I'd have to recommend this Samsung DMT800RH based on the cleaning ability alone.

    2) Our old dishwasher actually ran pretty quiet - to the point where we would get comments on how quiet it was. This Samsung, on the other hand, is almost completely silent. It's about the same noise level as a modern refrigerator...

Save your money, this product has engineering flaws!
We've had this dishwasher for 2 months and it worked great. It looks good, the dishes were clean, the delay timer is probably the most impressive on the market. We were thrilled with its performance until one morning it would not turn on. The power console was completely blank. This appears to be a major flaw with this unit because I noticed another reviewer expressed the same problem. Another problem is the part has to be ordered and is not readily available. Also, when the service person took the unit apart to investigate the problem and put it backed together, it started working again. It worked great for TWO DAYS! Then the control unit displayed a different problem. Error message "PE",(Half Load Function error). I bought this unit because I have several other Samsung products with I have been very satisfied with. However,it appears dishwashers is not one of their better products!

    So Far Its Good
I have had this model only about a week, and I like it a lot so far. I replaced a 13 yr old Whirlpool that was still working, just really noisy. I was a little hesitant at first seeing some of the DMT300 reviews on dish drying, but my unit does not seem to be having any trouble with this. I used the rinse aid as suggested and our dishes are dryer and cleaner than with our old dishwasher.

I like the display on the front that indicates which cycle it is in. The control buttons are hidden on top, so the cool blue indicator lights on front are nice. The inside of the unit seems bigger than our old model, and it is definitely bigger than some of the Bosch units we looked at. While it is not "silent", I find the noise level to be quite low.

This unit is easy to install yourself, however there are a couple of important points that you should know if you are replacing an old dishwasher:

    1) The unit does not come with a power cord, so make sure to pull the one...

The oil you will find on the fries once they are ready is virtually invisible. If you want them very crispy, just let them fry a little longer than the specified time. If you like them tender on the inside, follow the specified time provided on the user's manual which is around 40 minutes for 2 1/5 pounds.

So far I have tried frying potatoes, bananas, nuggets and onions. All came out with brilliant results and what's best, using minimal oil. They all looked and tasted just like fried but were not greasy. And they were very crispy.

The only drawback is the quality of this gadget that was clearly not made to last. I have used mine 6 times only and the paddle has already stopped working twice for no apparent reason. The paddle was attached correctly and no food was blocking...

Excellent Idea - Questionable quality for the price
I've had the T-Fal Actifry for 3 months now, and I've loved it for making large batches of low-fat fries, sauteed onions, mushrooms, and vegetables.

After what I consider light to normal use (using it every few days for a cooking task) the gray plastic molded piece underneath the removable pan has developed a crack. The crack doesn't affect the cooking (yet) and I'll be continuing to use the machine for large batches, but at $250, the ActiFry machine seems very overpriced for something that only holds up to 3 months of light use before developing cracks.

Based on other reviews here, I also recently purchased a KitchenStir KS1000 Chef's Stir Pan, and I'd like to point out the differences between the two machines for those thinking of purchasing one.

The KitchenStir (roughly $80) is a much smaller machine, so you cannot get as large a batch cooked as with the Actifry. (On the plus side, the KitchenStir has a much smaller footprint, which makes storage a...

    Not perfect, but great
I bought this in 2008 in Germany and use it every day for perfect fries and everything else pre-cooked or pre-fried. First of all: it is important to understand that it's more like an oven than a frier. Never made home-made fries, frozen works for me. In less than 20 mins I get my side order. If you cook more, like 2 pounds, you will need more time.
I have never had a serious issue with the machine. I broke the lid while cleaning it (it is NOT dish-washer safe as I learned) and Tefal sent me a new one next day for free (I am happy we have 2-year-warranties in Europe, it's the law here). I also bake frozen rolls, spring rolls, fish sticks, breaded shrimp, chroissants, even small pizza slices etc. etc. Maybe it is not good to share this, but sometimes I just take the rotating arm out (for bigger items) and use it without - which is against instructions but works great.
What bothers me is that the 'timer' does not switch the machine off and its' signal is drowned in the...

Most important to me was the no leak features since we have hardwood in the kitchen. I was willing to pay more to get that. Very quiet, and cleans well. Important to just scrape not rinse dishes so sensors will determine the length of wash cycle as the water is recycled. A cycle run with water glasses will be shorter than one with greasy dishes. Filter needs cleaning occasionally. The easy to lower top rack feature for taller items is handy. Removing the top rack to accommodate something huge is also fine but I never use that feature. Rinse agent and powdered or Finish Powerball detergent for better drying performance is recommended and, at least in my water situation, is necessary. Uses less water so there is a need to adjust the amount of detergent appropriate for your water hardness to prevent etching. It's load capacity is a little lower and it doesn't get plastic completely dry. It doesn't have a heating coil. Using the sanitize cycle boosts the drying. It is...

Small interior, supposed to use rinse aid
It does get dishes clean and it is quieter than my old dishwasher, but it's a lot different. First, it's smaller. I had heard that it had less space inside. I wasn't worried because we usually take 2 days to fill up the dishwasher. This one can hold about 2/3 as many dishes. I don't even understand how, I think the tines are all so close together I can't get my bowls and glasses in the rows. I do not have crazy oversized or thick dishes. Second, the rinse aid. I have never used rinse aid, never wanted to -- this dishwasher basically says in the manual that rinse aid is required. So I used the recommended brand - and the dishes still aren't dry, but now my Calphelon pan has a horrible white film on it that I haven't been able to remove.

Emeril by T-fal FR7015001 2.65-Pound / 3.3-Liter Stainless Steel Digital Immersion Deep Fryer with Easy Clean System, Silver
The last deep fryer you will ever buy
Over the years, I have owned 3 other deep fryers ranging in price. I have never used a fryer as good as this one. I've had it for a bout a week and I have used it nearly every day making anything I can think of.

The fryer's temperature rebound is the best I have experienced in a home fryer. The fryer can return to temperature in less than a minute after making a batch of food. The digital display makes sure that you have it set to the correct temperature. The basket is "family sized" and you can legit make 2 large russet potatoes into fries in just one batch. I put 16 cheese sticks in at one time too and they came out perfect.

The best feature here is the automatic oil filtration and storage system. There is nothing like this in any other residential appliance. You literally flip a switch and once the oil cools down, it drains the oil (while filtering) into a storage reservoir built into the machine. The filtered oil is free of any debris. Also, all the...

    Great Features
Bought this fryer to replace another brand fryer that did not have the features of this one. The old one I had to drain oil through hose and then filter by hand and take the whole fryer to the sink and scrub, leaving dried grease. This T-fal is so much easier to clean with its removable stainless steel tub insert which I just clean at the sink in a couple of minutes and while cleaning the tub i put the basket inside and wash at same time. There is no need to put in the dishwasher. After frying I just set the oil drain filter lever, turn off the fryer and it automatically drains the oil while filtering it into the plastic oil tray. Works like a charm. The digital display and setting is great and timer is nice. The oil tray I put in my refrigerator to keep it fresh until next time. I have drained it once so far with no problems as long as you do not go past the max amount while filling. I use peanut oil and fried 8 batter fried chicken wings for 20 minutes at 356o with no noticeable...

    T-fal FR7015001
I purchased the Emeril by T-fal FR7015001 with digital read out this unit is very easy to use and very easy to clean I have used it to deep fry fish, chicken, french fries, corn chips, panko shrimp, everything turned out great, I like the quality of the stainless steel tub and the one piece heating element, I have heard the stories of some units leaking oil, after looking at the fryer I think the only way for them to leak is if you over fill the tub above the max level and try to drain the oil into the storage container the oil will come out the top of the storage container when it is over filled, that only makes sense, the digital read out is pre set to four different temp settings,320,338,356,374, you cannot adjust in between these temps I have not had a problem with this, it makes frying simple! Very nice fryer I would recommend this fryer.

    Don't Buy Miele Dishawasher
It is 3 days before Thanksgiving and I have just been informed that my $2000.00 dishwasher, needs a $980.00 replacement part. Six years ago when I purchased this very expensive, top of the line dishwasher I was assured the dishwasher would be "under the counter " for 20 years because of the quality and reliability of the product. Miele only provides a two year warranty so this should of been a tip off that the reliability claim was just hype. One year ago, I had to call for service (not my first service call for this dishwasher) because one corn kernel got stuck in " the float" making the machine inoperable. Don't buy Miele it's the equivalent a very expensive, tempermental sports car for your kitchen, looks great but you'll spend a fortune just keeping it on the road, or you can just stand next to the the pretty, big name product it just won't be operable!
The warranty is poor for the price and supposed quality. The customer service is lousy. They have a small...

Disappointed - But a value considering
Let me start out by saying that I thought very hard about whether to give this dishwasher 2 or 3 stars. I will discuss in detail why I chose to rate this product as I did. My wife and I had a very nice high end dishwasher $600 price range, and after several years the motor died. (New motor was $275, cheaper to just buy a new washer.) Coincidentally, we had just put the house on the market, so we didn't want to shell out a ton of money again. We opted for the Amana Stainless Steel dishwasher to fill the "look" of our upscale kitchen. For $300, no tax and free shipping...can't go wrong? Right?

Well, we got what we paid for. I even "stole" the noise dampening padding from our old dishwasher and fit it around the outer tub of the new Amana. My dB reader records an average sound level of 76dB which is 7dB more than the description. I'm not sure if they took that reading on the drying/heat cycle, but this thing is loud. It sounds like a jet engine in your kitchen. We have an open...

Did its job but very loud
This review is based on the first couple uses of the washer. The washer did its job. All the dishes were cleaned as expected; however, it's extremely noisy. It sounds as if there is a whale in the washer trying to get out.

    Good Dishwasher!
I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It is very good quality and I am pleased with it's performance. I am definitely pleased with the price. It is a little loud but I just turn it on when I go to bed and it doesn't bother me. It really isn't that loud. I disagree with a previous comment that it looks like fake stainless mine matches well with my other appliances.

    Ours Was Defective
The below is a running commentary on this unit, from original 2008 purchase to 2010.

This is a great looking unit with a lot of nice features. We may just have gotten a bad one, so take this for what it is worth, but we have been pretty frustrated. The unit keeps showing Code 1 and refuses to work. I called Electrolux Customer Service, who I must say were honest and stated that their engineers had misdesigned the computer board and they were having a lot of problems. Said they had redesigned the board and would get one right to us. About four days later a repairman changed the board out. Only problem, it is still showing Code 1--a leak in the tub. So we have a brand new $1300 dishwasher that a contract repairman must completely take apart to fix a seal in the unit. Not what I would expect for a high-end product. Wish we had gone with the Bosch.

Want to amend my review a little, and raise this to four stars. The above unit was defective. Lets face it,...

Was scared by reviews - but this dishwasher is Great!!!
I was really scared by all these negative reviews. However, we went to the store with my tallest cutting board, cookie sheets and casserole dishes in hand. The Electrolux was the only one that actually fit everything in - without the water sprayer thing hitting the tops of the dishes as it spun. Despite the negative reviews we read on Amazon, this dishwasher is fabulous! No leaks, no dreaded Error codes, nothing but clean & dry dishes (it even took really hard water stains off the glasses - that had been deposited by the previous dishwasher)...oh, and did I mention that it is virtually silent? Awesome! I am glad that we bought - we plan to bring it with us when we move!

Get ready for a lovely relationship with your repairman
The worst. Let me repeat myself. The....worst.... dishwasher... ever... made. I'll never buy anything with the name Electrolux on it again. Three solid years of service calls for various and sundry problems, and today is yet another call,; this time my dishes are not just dirty, they actually smell! Save yourself years of frustration and buy a cheaper dishwasher, and make sure it's NOT an Electrolux. Heck, you could even get more satisfaction from having goats lick your dishes clean.

This Electrolux Dishwasher features fully integrated Wave-Touchcontrols One simple touch and the control panel activates It includes9 wash cycles and 5 dishcare options to make it a most versatiledishwasher No one will notice its so quiet you can run...
